Over the past eight years, my work has ranged from improving copywriting to researching customer experiences for new insights. I've developed new features, creating valuable, timeless products. While I started with Lean UX, I've recently embraced Teresa Torres' Product Discovery framework, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
